Fast forward to 2016 and it is now the largest retail network in Pakistan with more than 450 retail outlets and roughly 2500 independent dealers, delivering quality footwear to consumers every day. As a family store Servis promises to cater to the daily footwear needs of all the members of the family. With its multi-brand approach constant innovation in design and up-to-date style trends. Servis has products for all age groups and personal tastes.  Innovative shoes styles were developed with new customer-sensitive ways to promote them.

There are few local manufacturers who produce the duplication of the branded products with low quality and low costs. This makes the customers feel unsatisfied. Servis is already filling the positional gap in the market following low price and high quality strategy. This new product also comes under the same category which adds value to the impression given to the customers in relation with the competing product. The low price and high quality strategy works well in the Pakistan market as it is a developing market.

According to consumer opinion

The graph of feminine attribute of Brand Personality indicates that 23 % male and 59 % female think Servis is sincere brand.

In terms of awareness, people are aware of this brand. But they have their own likings and disliking.

Up to date and trendy attribute Brand Personality indicates that people agree Servis is sincere brand.

According to my opinion In brand personality framework Servis brand fits on Competence.  Because this brand is for all those persons who wear:

Businessman

Sports persons

Men and women

School going children

Children who loves colorful feet

The brand is very reliable in terms of quality, fashion and shopping at competitive prices for the family in the middle to upper class people. This brand promise to provide footwear for every member of the family for every phase of life. They have target customers like Young working prates and married couples that are influences and opinion leaders.

I am definitely part of Servis   target market. Because they have many kind of shoes like sports casual etc that I can get. I have Servis shoes for running exercising etc. Servis brand personality is great that’s y they are most popular brand today in Pakistan.
